I cannot believe your vet would say anything like that!!! I would def look for a new vet!!! Not because of price but becuz of that comment. Every pet should be treated with the same care. At our clinic it runs 125-175 for the dental, another 50-60 for bw and fluids. I am lucky and get a 40% discount cuz i work there. It usually cost me around 100 total, for dental, bw, and fluids!
