However, what Gail posted was pretty much spot on, even though I don't know the exact dates and what food she was on at the time. She started itching, mainly her shoulders. Ripped out a lot of hair. Changed food or did something, stopped itching enough for her hair to grow back and it grew back darker, on her shoulders only. I guess this was around the time of her hair color change, so about 2 yrs? Then just always remember her scratching every now and then. Until come today, well yesterday, when it got really bad that I decided to take her in.
ETA: I have seen Uni obsessively gnawing or licking at her paws on occasion, but never had I seen her scratch her ears or shake her head a lot. |
