Wow, sorry, I can't believe it happened and all they gave you was $2 coupons. That stinks.
I'm not a big fan of Nylabones. Just doesn't seem safe to be chewing off bits of plastic (even though they say little pieces will pass through). I'm always paranoid that I'm letting him chew it too much, and I never know what's it supposed to look like when chewed, and all that.
The only kind he ever liked was the flexi bones but he chewed those off WAY too fast for my liking; did not seem worth the $$$. I even bought the large and he's not an aggressive chewer in general. His gums began to bleed a bit after he chewed on them too.
Yeah, I don't know, I know they work for some, but not in our house. I'm sorry you had a bad experience.
