I agree if you can not afford the vet bills you might want to look into giving her to a reputable rescue. I am not sure what you have going on but you can always get a 2nd job to help pay for her treatment, maybe getting care credit, or a credit card.. taking a loan out, something like that.
If it was my dog I would be doing whatever I had to do to get the treatment and surgery needed! I would be selling things in my house if needed.
