At night, he's been in bed with me - -and fine until he learned to jump OFF of the bed....last night, I couldn't get him to settle down, so I put him in his pen (8 panel pen - each panel is 2 feet long/high) with his bed, water, litter box and a chew toy. He was barking (can't stand the barking) and whining.. then fell asleep....

The thing that I need suggestions on is that I don't want to keep him there at night as he is there all day long... So, I was thinking of getting another crate ( a larger one), put a bed in there and train him to sleep in a crate again....

Would that be possible for him since he hasn't been in a crate for a long time?
