I'm going to suggest you go to the training forum and do a search about nipping/biting/aggression.
Trying to bite in an "angry" way is neither typical nor desired behaviour. Puppy nipping is common, but that is where bite inhibition training must come into play. This is something the mother dog teaches and as well as any littermates' and one reason why it is good to have the toy breeds stay with their litter until 12wks. I think you would have already heard about this.
There are many threads in trainingand or obedience where lots of good suggestions are given.
Just go to that forum and on top right hand is the search function.
