I started with Bubba about a week after I brought him home (11-12 weeks). I had posted a thread on here about him having a hard time staying up on the hardwood floors, someone suggested checking the hair between his pads...Oh my was it long. I waited for his nap and started trimming with ball tip scissors, I also trimmed his underbelly it was long and would sometimes get wet with piddle.
As far as nails, I personally have not done any of my dogs myself, I'm a bit afraid but would love some tips and advice for doing so.
