I have Trupanion and love it. This year I got back more then what I actually payed into. It covers 100% congential and hereditary condtions. I have had her covered since she was 5 months old so there is no way she could also have a pre-exsiting condition. So glad I did it. It truly has been a blessing.

Their customer service is great and I get a check within a week of my claim.

I haven't looked into Purina. My vet office recommended Trupanion to me. So glad they did!
