If you have been sick you may have missed some places where she has gone on the floor. Get a good carpet cleaner and try to get those spots cleaned. The scent just attracts her to keep going there and she thinks it is OK to go where ever. When Gracie was little I got a $80.00 Bissell rug shampooer. It's great for doing small areas. They sell a cleaning formula for pets and the shampooer has great suction on it.

Anyway after you get the scent of all the accidents up you do need to start all over. It should not take as long because she will remember what you already taught her after you go over it a few times.

I think there is a "sticky" her on YT about house training Yorkies that it might help to read and if you search the net you will find other ideas. General training classes are always helpful for dogs. Learning the basic commands to me is a must for the safety of your pet. Teaching a dog to sit, stay and come can save your pets life if at anytime she should get away from you.
