Ok does Pnut's hair look more cotton or silky? His face hair is silky, but I'm not so sure about his body

I mean it doesn't feel like cotton, but I dunno. Maybe bc I am growing it out, when it gets longer it will be more silky..? It's kinda at that length where its hard to tell...

Also how much lighter can get this guy get? He is getting pretty grey. Seems like he is still changing color. He is 4 btw.
