This is my recipe, literally this is what I do.
Dump a package (1lb roughly) of raw turkey burger in the crock pot and break it up with a fork.
Dump a bag of frozen peppers & onions
Dump 4 cans of beans (2 red kidney, 1 pink and 1 chick pea)
Dump a bunch of cumin and a bunch of chili pepper seasoning (you can add red pepper flakes to spice it up if you'd like)
Dump 2 large large cans of crushed tomatoes and 1 large can of stewed tomatoes.
Stir it all up.
Turn crockpot on and let it cook on low for 8 hours.
Isn't that sad???? LOL The kids love it though, its super healthy and takes me all of about 7 mins to make, literally!  |
