Morgan was like the cocker in the video you posted. She knows when a storm is coming. It can be beautiful and sunny outside in the morning but she'll be hiding in the couch pillows because she knows its going to rain later on. Usually when I see her doing this and I know its going to rain later on I will put the Thundershirt on her. It totally works within minutes of her wearing it. She'll come out from under all the pillows and become her normal self again.
If Ian is vomiting as a result of anxiety in the car then the thundershirt should help him out. if he's vomiting because he literally gets sick to his stomach from the motion of the car then I don't know if it will work. Its definitely worth a try though because if it doesn't work you can return the shirt for a full refund.
