Thanks for the suggestions everyone. I received a grill as a Christmas present and it only lasted 2 years. I then went to Sears and bought a comparable grill that started rusting bad after only 1 year! I've managed to push it another year by drilling new holes in the non-rusted portion but it appears that the bottom might fall out at any moment. I even have the grill under my patio so it never gets rained on, but we do have high humidity in southern Louisiana, so that's probably why they're rusting so quickly. I believe these grills were in the 2-3 hundred dollar range, but if I have to replace it every 2 years that really adds up. I'd rather pay a higher price for one that will last me a while.
