Wow it does get confusing. When I first started researching yorkies I really felt lost. You are right...yorkies come in many shapes, colors and sizes. Many people have descriptive term to describe the fur buts. I feel the only time that is wrong if it is a marketing trick ( to get more money).
But..to repeat.. For show dogs there is one yorkie. If you watch the dog shows there are some breeds that could be in the toy group and other groups. Poodles
Is the bet example of that. There is only one yorkie..toy.
