Guess What? Sadie is home with Momma. We still do not know what is going on with her for sure but she has not had an episode at all since she has been home and I am taking her to her vet first thing in the morning so they trusted me to bring her home with the promise that if she gets worse I will bring her back in. When I went to visit her I just could not leave her again. She was so happy to see Mommy she just ran and jumped into my arms and started kissing Mommy all over and I needed that so bad. Now I have one moe thing to add that I noticed. On the way home from the hospital, we stopped at my nieces house, the one that mentored me when she had her pups. Well she has three dogs and they all get along great but today they were all trying to hump her, even her own daughter. My niece and I could not figure out what was going on, they were acting like she was in heat. When we got home, my three boys did the same thing, kept smelling her and trying to hump her. Does anyone have a clue what this might be about? I am going to mention it to the vet tomorrow and my niece says to make sure they check her anal glands cause if they are infected it will make the other dogs think she is in heat, Is this true?
