Coco has a heart attack because she's excited when we even mention going buh-bye. So in that regard, we don' have that problem. Does she have a car seat? That might make her feel more safe in the car. Maybe she doesn't know where she is? I've heard stories when as soon as dogs get a car seat, and they can see out the front window, they calm down. So maybe try that? Hopefully you'll get more help than I'm giving you.
