The website mentioned taking those 1 gallon size little metal buckets, and filling them with water, cutting some wire mesh and fixing to the top.
In the water it said to put some dawn and one other ingredient. I'm thinking it might be yeast as this would convert to carbon dioxide and attract the mosquitos. I just cannot remember for sure and in what amounts.
The dawn, and wire mesh would make it very difficult to exit, once inside.
The site mentioned how you could decorate the cans anyway you like, which seemed like a good idea.
Might try this with the yeast, but i wish i could just remember that website. I really dislike getting old. |
