Well, keep us posted. For the first month - it was awful in our house. The dogs didn't get along; I was stressing; my son was mad that I had brought Lucy home to cause so much trouble . . .
I was quite distraught. I frequented many dog forums and solicited advice. Many people (not me) are quite knowledgeable about doggie behavior and different people helped and guided me AND kept me from freaking out!
If you google search 'introducing new dog' you will find many different articles, etc.
It WILL work out. Let us know!
