I think he's still standard, and all Yorkeshire Terriers are toys. And I think Bam is still standard at his weight. (I don't think there is such thing as Teacup).

I do understand your comment on putting other dogs down. My floppy eared fellow is on the higher end of the standard, weighing in at 7 lbs. at a yorkie meetup there were only tiny yorkies and the owners did not allow their dogs to play with mine. It was so sad and it made me feel horrible.
That's horrible! I have never taken my Yorkie away from a Great Dane (She usually ran on her own hehe). I would probably yell at somebody if they did that to me, but that would start an unneeded fight.
