Bri looks absolutely adorable. Her dress looks like it came from the same pattern I used to make Brandy's dress last year. I just made the skirt short and added another skirt underneath. Picture attached. If you look close, I am certain they are the same. It is amazing the different things that can be done with an easy pattern. I love the detailing on Bri's dress. I am going to use the same pattern this year, but make other changes. It would be a major fashion faux pas for Brandy to wear the same dress style two years in a row
