I don't know how long ago she tore the ligament in her knee, but that is a very painful condition. If her leg is swollen, that may be the reason. I would suggest a board certified surgeon for another opinion on her knee once you rule out any other problems that may be going on.

It may account for all of this; but if you don't do so at the EC this weekend, I would strongly suggest you start out with blood work with your vet on Monday.
