Could she have fallen, twisted her hips getting up, took a bad step or fallen back on both hind legs... Are her legs, hips or back 'hot' to the touch than the rest of her body? That would indicate an injury... maybe a cool pac to the leg would help ease her pain and help reduce the swelling... you could check with the ER vet first though. Did he see that her leg is swollen? If not, may be best to have her seen again. There are conditions of the spine that can cause hind leg swelling... both legs being swollen is what is bothering me.
