There is rumor that the judge refused the application for appeal because the family and their law team have failed to establish a point of law in which to make one. Now supposedly they now have a further 14 days to appeal to the Court of the Appeal about the County Court Judge refusing to state a case.
The family have not commented yet. I am sick.
