I believe I have ordered the tiny ones before
and the MINI's are even smaller. Oh, you can still use them for sure, you just have to wrap more times.
I measured a MINI for you, it's 1/2 ' and a tiny looks to be the size of a penney, which is 5/8'. Just an 1/8 difference, but for Zhoie's topknot it's made difference.
