If your little guy is ringing the bell to do #2 outside at 11 weeks, you are WAY AHEAD of the game! That's awesome!

Yes, they do have tiny bladders at that age and have little warning that they need to pee. It takes time, but it sounds like you are on the right track and as smart as your pup is, I'm betting he'll get it before too long!
