I would take the nylabone away & make sure she continues to poo regularly. If she stops pooping then you need to be worried as she could have a blockage.
If the nylabone is a hard one & not the rubbery one then there should not be a problem but the rubber puppy nylabones can be chewed up by an adult dog & large peaces can block them.
