OK, so at 5am this morning I woke up to my little Roxy vomiting (only once) it was a white-brown color with some food particles and what appeared to be plastic & string (I think it could be part of a chicken flavored nylabone she likes to chew on, but I haven't let her chew on it in 2 days) Now it's 12pm, and she has been acting fine, no more vomiting, running around being her playful self. She hasn't really touched her food or water yet, but she was able to pee/poop. Could it be possible that it was the nylabone she vomited up, could it have sat in her stomach for over a day? And should I be more concerned about this situation? I haven't called the vet about this.
