Hi my name is Melissa I'm looking to buy a bulldog puppy. I looked every where online and in the paper not many out there and the ones I did find 3 to 4 thousani then came across , wv puppy.com they have mini bull dog puppies for 899 I thought great! Until I stumbled onto this site. I'm very unfamilar with puppy mills and they sound horrible is that what this.place is? Should I not buy a puppy from there? Please help!
