I don't have any words of advice for you, but I dread the day when I am faced with they choices you are having to make
I have a co-worker who went through this exact same thing with her little poodle just last month. He was 15 years old and had lost his sight about a year ago. He also had bad teeth and had most of them pulled over the years. He suddenly stopped eating and then the next day was crying in pain. She knew then that it was time.
