BIL needs a free photo editing software that runs on PC. It only needs to resize and crop pics, and write text ontop of pics for "watermarking", that's it.
If I search on my mac, only mac versions will come up, so please let me know what you guys use and like.
He says there are no free downloads and he'll just buy one to make things easier.
