Tee hee! Guess what guys? Katie Scarlett's 'surprise' to go with her Valentine's Ball outfit came today!!!! I had it custom made by a lady. I can't tell you what it is still because I want it to be a secret. But I have to tease ya! Tee hee! It's SOOOO cute!!! I wish her dress would get here so I can take her pix already and post them.
