for dog clothes have you tried the site ESTY it's all hand made stuff (not just pet stuff) there are so many so many people that make amazing clothes on that site and you can even get custom stuff, here is pic of Lola in a poodle skirt outfit, this lady's stuff is the best, I will find her site and post it on here later. I wish I had seen the saddle shoes when I got this outfit
