Chels, if you do get possession of this sweet baby. I would like to reccommend that you have your vet scan for a chip,to make sure that you do not have possession of stolen property. She will need to see a vet anyway to make sure that she is ok.
Please do NOT go alone to pick this baby up. Take only enough cash to pay her so if she suddenly asks for more you can truthfully tell her that it is all you have and that you had to scrape it together.
