I'm on a forum at Weddingbells.ca and I just did a quick search for Abbotsford and saw someone said Bradner Hall is pretty affordable.. but of course I don't know what their definition of affordable is! You might want to join that forum and ask around there. It's pretty active and all Canadian. There's an area for the West coast that you might be able to get some more ideas from!
