 changed food
Morning everyone!
As some of you know we recently added a boy to our mix. Bentley is just about 6 months old now. I was feeding (or trying) him puppy plate from merricks. He wasn't a fan of it...The girls have been on Grammies Pot Pie (merricks) for a few years now and that is working out well for them (Bentley is also on GPP now.) ...I also give them wellness 95% chicken as a topper....Bentley was having issues with itching..so I changed him the 95% lamb...well as you can imagine...the girls want his now! I have to separate them to eat as Bentley will eat theirs...with the chicken...He won't eat in his x-pen...so when the girls are done I put his bowl next to theirs and he will eat...Since I have been giving the lamb I have notice their poop is not as firm as it used to be...they have all been going between the lamb and chicken for a week now...NEVER had any poop issues on the chicken..Bentleys itching has stopped( I feel dry skin) maybe just use the chicken? do you think that the lamb could be causing the poop issue? I am not new to the dog world but this one is confusing me...
