Hello, has she been sleeping with you since she came to your home? If so she is probably accustomed to her own space. Every puppy that I have had has their own bed and I do crate train them, they love their crate and still do, it is their haven. Just not familiar with a puppy sleeping with you at such a young age. Hopefully others will check in and help ya.
