Constipation can cause them to be gassy. If she doesn't improve in about 24 hrs or gets to the point that she can or does not go at all, get her to the vet ASAP. Also, you may have said & I missed it but how old is she ? Sometimes dogs with full or impacted anal glands will suffer from constipation so you may need to check or have her anals checked. Also some dogs can not handle ground beef.
