I find it so sad and I wish I would have done some research...I just never even thought until after I bought Bella and found this site to get some advice. I had no idea...you really don't even hear anything about pet stores not being a good place to buy a puppy. I was thinking it would be the logical place to buy a puppy! I was so wrong.
We love Bella so much and she is VERY spoiled...we have a vet that is awesome (she used to work for me before she went to college) and I trust her totally. She will keep a close eye on Bella and I am just praying my poor Bella does not have any issues as she gets older.
She is sleeping like a little angel under my desk (she comes to work with me) as we speak. So cute!!! |
Most of the puppies get sold because if they don't sell them they mark the price down until someone buys them but I'm sure the puppy mill keeps some of the puppies to use for breeding. Its ok that you didn't know but you do now so if you get Bella a sibling you know
