I believe that wearing a wig is no different to wearing clothing or shoes if it makes you happy go for it.
In this world the is so much misery which we now take for granted that wearing something that makes you feel good just can not be wrong.
Think about underwear. Women go through a lot of expense and trouble selecting really nice underwear. Who gets to see this expensive underwear ???
They wear it because it makes them feel good who gives a Sh^& who gets to see it they want to feel good.
With a wig, everyone gets to see it and receiving compliments only serves to achieve the aim.
Before you ask YES I wore a wig for a long time but now at 70 years old I no longer feel I have to.
