Both my dogs love Caeser salad. They clean the bowl.
When my one dog was a pup - it used to strip my bean plants all the time. It ate beans, played with them, and would have them all over my yard.
And - yes - they do love to chew on raw carrots...and like cooked carrots too.
My neighbor's dog loves frozen mixed vegetables - and will eat them before they even have a chance to thaw out!
