I agree the cold could be bothering her. But I would for sure get her to the vet and have blood work done. Since a dog can't tell you what exactly is hurting doing some testing is important to help find things that can't be found with a stethoscope. It kind of bothers me when people say the vet didn't find anything wrong with their pet when all they did was take their temperature and look in their ears and listen to their heart and lungs.
