Went and tried on a medium on him (Hunter brand NFL jersey) and it was too tight.
It got on him, but did not seem too comfortable. Store did not have a large in stock. but I saw a pet Cowboys jersey by the same brand at Kmart and by the looks of it, it seems it would fit him. So I ordered a large Hunter Ravens jersey on amazon.
