This was the one I ended up getting. Walmart.com: Zoe Black w/White Polka Dot Hair Dryer, #ZO601BWDRY: Hair Care
Though I didn't get it at Walmart, I got it at Marshalls for $19.99. The diffuser fits in really snug which is a big plus. The hot air is consistently hot, not like the ones I've had prior, that not only went from really hot to lukewarm, but also sparked on occasion as well.

I still feel my hair is as limp and lifeless as ever. I am using a root boosting product on my roots, and a curl enhancing product mid shaft and ends. Also a finishing/scrunching spray. Results are eh =/ I think I just really need to get my hair re premed, but I don't want to spend the money right now.
