 Separation anxiety???
I really didnt have a problem with this before i was laid off from work. Sometimes my husband would tell me what when i left Mac would cry or whine when i would leave but would get over it and go about his day. Ive been laid off for about 8 months so im home everyday all day long unless i run errands where i cant take him along. We have a big pop up "kennel" for him with his bed, food and water in it. We use to put him in it everytime we left but not since i dont leave much he isnt in there (its up 24/7 b/c i dont want him to think its a punishment) Well the other day i put him in there and my husband and i ran errands for about 2 hours when we got home i let him out and of course he was excited to see us well i saw blood on his blanket- i looked at his nose and he rubbed his nose raw!
now when he sees me getting ready or grab my coat, purse or keys he starts to shake. is this a sign of separation anxiety?? If i pick him up and put him in the car with me he is fine. its odd- |
