We'll be sending our prayers for a successful surgery and a quick, uneventful recovery. Sounds like your vet is being very thorough.
I agree, a stroller is wonderful to have in case you need to keep them still and with you. I wish I had one when Hot Rod has his surgery. I carried him most of his recovery and when I wasn't, he was in his crate and just looked so pathetic and sad.
