Spicy Crab Dip
1 lb crabmeat
2 cups Pepperjack cheese - shredded
3 Tbsp Mayo
1/2 c Parm cheese
1/8 c minced green onion (optional)
2 Tbsp Worcestershire
2 Tbsp lemon juice
3/4 of a brick of Philadelphia cream cheese (softened)
3 Tbsp milk
Cream cream cheese w mixer. Then add milk and finish creaming cream cheese. Add lemon, Worcestershire and combine. Add 1/4 c Parm cheese and 1 c Pepperjack. Stir w spatula. Gently add crab. Put in baking dish and top w remaining cheeses. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 min.
I serve w warm pillsbury french bread loaf and/or tortilla chips. |
