How old is Penny? Bailey went through that and it lasted a month. I did not feed him for 2 hours before taking him out in the car. I kept him on my lap with a blanket so he could see outside the window. At the first sound of his about to vomit noise, i pulled over and got him outside. A friend suggested some aromatherapy drops to destress the dog in the car, but I never tried that.
