With the superbowl around the corner (and my fiance a huge fan of the sport) I just wanted to share my two favorite delish dip recipies 1) Spinach & Artichoke Dip and 2) Buffalo Chicken Dip.
Spinach and Artichoke Dip
1 frozen bag of diced spinach (defrost it first)
1 can of quartered artichoke hearts (I brake these apart even more)
1 jar of alfredo sauce (I use the garlic alfredo sauce)
1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
salt & pepper to taste
Mix all these yummy ingrediants ingredients in a baking pan and pop it into the oven at 350 until it bubbles! Tip - If you don't use the garlic alfredo sauce - add garlic to the mixtrue.
Buffalo Chicken (Spicy)
Bake 6 chicken breasts. Once cooked either dice them into small tiny pieces, shred them with a fork or use the food processer to shred them.
While the chicken is baking, mix well in a bowl the following:
- 1 jar of Franks Original Hot Sauce (not wing sauce)
- 1 small bottle of blue cheese dressing
- 1 bar of 8oz cream cheese
- 1 cup of mozzerlla cheese
Combine the chicken and the mixture together in a baking dish...mix it. Sprinkle mozzerella cheese on top and drizzle hot sauce on top. Bake at 350 until bubbly.
I serve both with tostitos. I made both these dips this weekend and they were a hit! This is how it turned out!
