Yes you can still use a disposible pad inside T. Bumpkins & Co. belly bands. Just remover the washable pad. At this time, we don't offer a product with a pocket in the belly band but you can still just stick it on as someone suggested. Some of my customers like to use Poise pads and cut them in half. You can buy a generic brand too.
