When we had snow in D/FW during the Superbowl week last year, I kept a hair dryer on the Utility Porch, together with a big towel. I would scoop Tibbe up - all covered in white snow balls all in and hanging from his fur - and start the hair dryer. Warmed him up, melted the snowballs and I would rub him in between dryings with the towel. Pulling them off takes forever and the dog is shaking cold the whole time. Using the hair dryer immediately dries the legs and feet, warming those tiny toes, while working on the little snowballs also. Tibbe would even roll over and wallow in the snow so he really got them just all over and just just on the underbelly and sides 0 and they would freeze tight to strands of his hair all over, even his mustaches. He was a white frozen and wet mess each time he came in - but oh, he so enjoyed that snow!
